Anybody break a AC line during a vortech/paxton install?

I just started my paxton install last night. Bending that line had me nervous but I made sure to put a wedge at the bottom like the instructions said and bent it real slow.

The dealer should have them. I didn't have to bend mine during my paxton install. Try not to bend the new one it might work.

Yes but we just welded it back together.

I didn't have to bend mine.....did you try to put your coolant tank in first?

Yes. Then when I bought the new one I realized that it did not need to be bent...

Cracked mine, put new one in only to discover there was no need to bend it....

Dang it. I bent it as per instructions with out checking if it even needed bent. Thanks guys.

Hmm to weld or not to weld the broken line? Wonder how much those lines cost from ford? How hard is it to get to that line now the tank is directly over them?
