any problems with using 4.6 cams on our 5.4?

I got a set of heads with good cams from a 4.6. Just want to make sure I can use them on my mmr1000 build. so, is there any reason I wouldnt be able to use them? Piston to valve clearance not a problem. Just making sure the fireing order and computer issues arent going to cause me a problem.

IIRC all the 4.6 and 5.4L cams are the same unless custom cut.
