picked up a drag pack off FB marketplace a while back and then let em sit and collect dust, tires are old and I dont trust em.

fronts are 17x4.5 with 185/55/17 racemasters

rears are the old 555R 275/60/15

what would yall recommend these days? Needs to be something I can get my hands right now

- full weight and then some 03 mach
- 700ish hp centri car with a lot of gear (wide ration magnum and 4.10 rear for now)
- loose nut behind the wheel

would rather stay with a radial than a bias ply. Mostly track use, maybe to and from the track.

@beefcake ?

A little late to the party but if you are a manual car and want to stay radials then Hoosier 275/60 ogets my vote the sidewalls are paper thin to wrinkle like a bias ply I just picked up a set of 295/55 Hoosier dr2 to replace my 275/60 and they have the same thin sidewalls. I also have a set of mt street r 325/50 and they are way thicker sidewall and heavier 33lb vs 26lb with the Hoosier 295. Or 25lb with the 275 Hoosier. MT run narrow as well compared to Hoosier the Hoosier 295 is as wide as the MT 325

Must be something in the air. My friend picked up a pair of the 555RII's as well and hasn't had a chance to put them through the paces due to car issues.

I literally just pulled my 305/35 18 MT ET Street SS off my wheels and had a set of equal size Nitto R2 thrown on. Haven't had a chance to try them out yet though. The MT gave me a vibration over 80 MPH.
