another cam question

i know this may sound stupid, and i know its a different setup, but is it possible for my '99 to sound like this and still make good power?

Yes as long as you match it with some good flowing heads, a good intake, full exhaust, and a good tune.

I have the same cams in my car except the n/a grind, love them. Just know it will only sound like that with a similar open exhaust set up, that car has an exhaust no longer available, but if you go with straight through style mufflers and no cats yours will sound similar.
