These are some random pics from a photo taking outing I frequently go on with my daughter. Shot with a Canon Rebel XSi / 55-250mm kit lens and a cheap ass clip-on macro lens and all manual settings.

I love macro stuff. I turned my dining room into a gallery of black and white macro prints. #3 is my favorite, I love shots that look almost alien.

This is one of my favorite macro pics I have taken. Its the back side of a pentium 3 processor. Those little pins are about a 1/64th inch wide..

What are the camera/lens specs? I'd love to get that kind of depth of field.

Olympus e-520 with an old 50mm 1.8 and a couple extension tubes.

Macro photography IMO is absolutely beautiful with the right camera, lens and experience. So out of the ordinary. Mesmerizing. Thanks for all of the great shots posted here.
