It started out as the throwout bearing was dragging on the clutch due to sprung fingers and wore out pivot ball. Also wanted to replace the upr off road x pipe due to the fit. Well Lethal Performance had their 12 Days of Christmas sales I bought: Mcleod RXT and lightened flywheel, 26 Spline input shaft and shim kit, Bassanni ss off-road X-pipe, Bassanni Mid Length Headers, Builletflow Diff Brace and MMR steering bushings. Well as I started pulling the car apart realized that the K-member should be removed and proceeded to order a PA Racing K-member to fit the stock suspension set up. As the car neared compleation, I decided that I wanted to run E85 and ported the stock blower to get the most possible out of this little eaton. So I picked up a set of 80lb injectors and the Lethal Performance 1200rwhp return kit. Also was able to relocate the battery to the trunk. I did install an AEM Wideband, and Prosport Fuel Pressure gauge. I did delete the evap system as well.

Here are a few pics of the build.

Fuel System install was very time consuming.

Great project. Wrinkle finish blower looks pretty sweet. Just curious, why did you go with lime green bolts?

Next winter I hope to go 2.9 whipple. And the PA Racing Kmember was nice, it fit great, I did have an issue with the one runner on the bassani headers almost touching, had to grind the engine mount plate on the k member down a bit to clear. Not really the K members fault. Car seems to handle better and ride better. I painted the bolts green because I wanted to do something to make up for that bland pulley. I'd like to get a reichard racing pulley but I don't want to spend any money on this eaton.

With all that I thought your traps would've been mid to upper 120s?

I was shooting for 11.5 @ 120, so I'm there, I only have 7 passes on this build so as I perfect this launch and if I can get to the track on a cool evening, I might trap that mid 120

Reason I asked was because my old '04 trapped 119 with just a 2.76 upper, cai, O/R-X and catback with a can-tune.

So, why did you run the fuel hose to the front of the rails instead of the back???

The Fittings that came with the 1200HP return kit from lethal was designed to work from the front, would have required 2 more 120* fittings to make it work from the back and on the d side the coolant mod would git the fitting so i decided to make them both enter from the front. It took alot of work to mount that regulator were it is. Still in the process of making the bracket to mount the y above the valve cover. I've been putting it off, but i need to get it finished and get it supported a little nicer.
