What did the AFRs look like at WOT with the headers and no tune?
Also: Is the 508 figure with the stock intake?

I'm betting 60whp+ gain over stock with the tune adjusted for the headers. Thanks for all the information! I can't wait to see what E85 does after all this.

Car started at 467 hp ended at 518 hp on 93 oct. It's 88 degrees and humid here in Tx.

Will do E85 next week and ill post dyno sheet shortly

Woot for 51whp! I over estimated some, but that's still a massive gain. I can't wait to see the before and after dyno sheets.

Nice, so a solid 32hp over the intake tune. Yea those temps are pretty warm and humidity doesn't help.

Did the torque jump to 3500RPM go away? Headers seem to eliminate that, which is a pretty important improvement over stock since you'll feel it in daily driving.

What is the verdict on needing a tune revision for just the headers? It sounds like your intake tune did not require further revision for the headers? So I would guess one could also do just a header swap and stick with the stock calibration? What were the AFRs before and after the headers?

From the two or three ARH installs posted on GT350s so far, AFR definitely needs to be dialed in after the headers.
