Im running a upper and lower combo(2.93/6lb lower) I was wondering if anyone is running a alternater pulley. I was told that the stock alternater will burn up.

Either buy a new alternator pulley or prepare to eventually buy another alternator because it will wear faster than normal.

I wouldn't even ask the question. Just install the new pulley and be safe. A number of folks here have done this mod.

I was looking at your dyno numbers. Why is your torque so low? I would expect it to be up around 505-515rwtq with that combo.

You should not need a bigger alternator pulley with a 2 lb lower and it's a little hit and miss with a 4 lb lower, although most guys feel you're okay with the stock pulley here too. But, with the 6 lb lower, you'll need to upgrade the pulley to get any kind of longevity out of your alternator.
