So here's the update guys... after some cutting and chopping, the blower fits! I am working on mounting the boost a pump, wiring that, wiring the driver for the injectors, gonna finish up the fuel lines, finally mount the blower for the last time, possibly relocate the battery, and mounting a vacuum pump.

1. I don't have any ports for vacuum on the blower so I want to run my own 12v electric pump, is 20hg enough or should I run the 25?

2. On the Velocity Turbo Systems gasket for the blower, do I remove the O ring or do I just place the gasket on top?

Is there a motor under that blower somewhere?

I'll bet Tob, isn't feeling so bad about "adjusting" his firewall with a 2x4 after seeing this!

congrats on the blower!

I know when I had my recent motor issues they couldn't lift the blower off from above. On the rebuild the entire motor assembly got dropped out the bottom and I don't think any of the firewall got cut.

Your by pass is side mounted while mine is rear mounted since I have the actual CJ blower and you have the street version haha, I just jumped on mine way earlier and had it around so thats what I got

You can't even see the cut behind the blower with the plastic pieces in place so I don't even mind it one bit, its in the name of horsepower!

So I still haven't decided on which vacuum pump, anyone??

And still haven't heard from anyone about the VTS gaskets... anyone??

Hehe. I knew somebody would pick up on that.

If it were me, I'd look into adding a portion of the cutout piece back up on top (mig, grind, filler, paint) so that there was a hole but the top would be there to tie it together. But he's right, you don't see any of it...
