Anybody do their own alignments on their car? Concidering doing my own after lowering based. Any tips or writeups?

I bought a longacre kit with a digital caster/camber gauge, and seperate toe plates. Simple to setup and use. If only going to do alignment ever so often, I say take it to a shop. I had four vehicle that all needed alignments, so figured it would pay for itself.
YUP! last time I went with 4.5 degrees positive caster,-1 degree camber with factory toe!
