Aftermarket Coolant Expansion tank ?

Just installed a Moroso coolant expansion tank I bought from a guy on 03/04 part group on Facebook.

The tank came with an unvented billit cap. I’d rather use the vented stock cap, unfortunately that cap is too big.

Anyone else had this problem with a Moroso tank? Lethal Perf. Says the stock should fit on that tank. I’ve googled quite a bit and cannot find a vented cap.

Anyone gotten a vented cap to see de with the tank and can point me in the direction of where to buy it from?

Does it use the old school style cap with the tabs? Are you sure the billet cap isn't put over a normal cap? I had one that had a billet over with the old school style cap inside.

Yes, positive. My car is getting tuned by Tony Gonyon atm or I’d take a pic of the cap.

Does the tank actually say Moroso engraved in it infront of the cap location? I have the same tank and run the stock cap on it.

That cap looks like the cheap knock offs I see on EBAY.

No it doesn’t say Moroso, or Canton. I probably got had from the guy I bought it from. He said he bought off of Lethal. I’ll prob just put the stocker back on.

Can try and measure the OD of the threads and check Summit for a cap. I think it looks much better than stock tank though.

Yea, I will try this. If no luck I'll order a Canton or Moroso from Lethal.
