Congrats on the purchase! I like doing exhaust first because it brings attention. So, I would get the o/r mid pipe first because it's cheap and gears will really wake the car up. Once you get a few things done, get the car custom tuned to get full benefits of your mods.

Absolute first mod...weld-in full length subframe connectors. Especially in a vert. The increase in ride quality will put a smile on your face.
