So I just got out of the hospital about two months ago after being there for almost a month and a half and I got to the point to where i could drive again. So I just got some new tires put on my 04 cobra and I was so happy because they look mean and they are pretty sticky. Later that night I was at work and I came outside to grab something on my break and I found someone hit my car and then just left. I have the cops looking for them, but it really made my good day go bad fast. Here are some pictures of the tires I got and the damage.

Sucks that people can't be around when this happens, or that people were around and didn't do anything about it. If I witnessed some asshole hit someones Cobra and leave I would have taken their plate and called the police myself.

you have a beautiful car.

That suck! I hate to hear things like this. Well, what comes around goes around. Hope you don't have a big deductible. Regardless, soon it will be as good as new. Best of luck with the repair.

I'd flip out if someone did that to my car and took off. At least the damage appears to be only the door. Good luck with the repairs.

at least the quarter panel was not touched...

yeah, no kidding...not to hijack the thread but here is a pic of my car after a recent deer collision i had. Its expensive to get a new panel welded in....I dont have full coverage, so damage cost will be outta pocket for me :cryying:

Son of Bitch Shit!!! Bastards have done that to me several times before in parking lots. Nobody takes ownership of their mistakes these days. It's becoming the norm. :fm:

that Sucks man, I hope it all works out for you. Your car will be beautiful again. If it makes you feel better my buddies winter beater contour got hit while were watching Thursday night football at the bar. It ripped the rear bumper off broke a tail and put dent in both quarters. Thing is we parked on both sides of the lifted dodge truck that we know had to do it due to paint scuffs in the same color.
