99 Cobra engine into 98 Cobra, need advice

I have a 98 Cobra in need. Also have a wrecked 99 Cobra with good engine. Basic engine swap from 99 into the 98 is the PCM, engine wiring harness, dash wiring harness and cluster? I know some more things will be needed, but just need to make a decision on the car.

What am I missing?

Put the 98 fuel rails and injectors on the 99 and rewire the 98 harness. You will need 99+ throttle and cruise cables and a cai.

Wouldn't it be a little cheaper to purchase the B-Upper to C-Lower Intake adapter plate and block off the EGR, than to purchase all that out of production stuff again? He already has all the B-Head stuff, he could just re-use that with the C-lower engine.

Edit: Nevermind. Didn't see that he had a wrecked 99.
