I've seen a car get stopped for closer to 200 and given a lenient release. He was happy to take the 100mph speeding ticket...

Right after I graduated college, a cop that would come to the gym I also worked out at drove a 94 Cobra that had every bolt on you can think of plus a vortech. I am sure it wasn't just for show.
