Yes its a real s code. I am the third owner. I'm going to do a Marti report soon, but from what I researched there were 1,350 made with s codes.(like 21,000 xr7s )

The black book lists 69 xr7s for around $18,000.(perfect restored) It does not list for different engines or option combos.

Man bro thats a sweet Cougar, usually these days you say i have a cougar you mean a hot 40+ year old mom or divorced lady. That thing is clean, i hope my Mach still runs on gas 30+ years from now & not flying or something.

I just took my 69 cougar out of storage and thought I would post some pics. It has been inside for about 10 years. I bought it when I was 14, and I am now 31. I drove it everyday until I got a 91 mustang gt, then my 99 cobra. It has a s code 390 big block, a/c, power steering, and disc brakes. It's in pretty good shape for an unrestored car.
