Fr-500s look good..

Im about to do the swap on my Notch, what did you do for the spacer/washers for the front. And what length rear axles did you use? I have an IRS and im contemplating using that instead of a solid axle.

Soooo much nicer. Mustangs never should've been built with 4-lug axles/spindles. I understand they're cheaper, but damn.....they look like ass!

I think it looks really good. I do like these wheels better than your old setup. Good looking GT you have there.

no spacers or washers up front, just 95 GT spindles, stock rear axles, LRS sells them for 189. east to install. didnt use any spacers on the rear either. i think the 10in wheels fills it up pretty good.

sorry dude, but you missed the mark with those wheels
black chrome does not look good on white

im sorry you dont like it. i could have gotten the same wheels as everyone else but im not a "me too" guy. everyone else seems to like them so on that note...

...

I was under the impression you need a spacer on the ball joint in order to tighten the 94+ spindles all the way down on fox ball joints.

That's just your opinion.

I personally think black chrome looks great on white cars, a helluva lot better than regular chrome, that's for damn sure.

You do. But you can get away without using any spacers by replacing the Fox ball joints with SN95 ball joints, like I did. I'm using the steeda X2 ball joints with 95 spindles on my 91 GT.

Car looks great Rob!!!

cool. i have mostly everything i need for my 87 gt.

have a 95gt that i stripped.. used the drivetrain for my 67 mustang.

figured i'd use the axles/spindles for my 87..
took the rear axle off...wasnt as hard as i thought it would be.
havent finished taking the front spindles off yet. should be easy.
