Started as a 24k mile 2002 Navigator. I replaced all the guts with FordGT internals: H-beams, Mahle pistons, steel crank.....:rockon:

what intake(lower) did u use?

I widened and ported an 03 Cobra intake to match up to the Nav heads. I then had a plate made to adapt the Eaton to the wider intake. It only added 3/8" to the intake instead of the 1"+ that the 4.6 to 5.4 port adapters would have added, better airlow too....

Where did you get the crank, h-beams and pistons from? A website or a number would be much appreciated.

Sorry, I picked them up at the All Ford Swap Meet in Columbus OH a couple years ago. They were leftovers from the FORDGT production run. I ended up having only about $5500 and a whole bunch of hours in the entire engine build including the low mile Nav motor.:thumbsup:
