Heads have about 10k miles on them. 550 plus whatever shipping charges.

i have no problem getting all the parts it just ive been told that the 4v heads have a diff. bolt pattern or something than the 2v heads

Never heard of that being a problem since a few have done this swap already.

+1 he's right about needing all the parts. The heads will bolt up. Seems to be a pretty complete "swap kit"
