here is the thing i bought a wrecked 04 cobra and am just about done with it only thing is that the lower pulley ring is slightly bent and it wobbles a bit, i initially planned to get a lower pulley kit later however at the moment i wont have enough funds to put the kit and tune car question is can i buy a lower kit with 4lbs ring install it and drive it normal for a few weeks until i have enough for tune? no WOT just normal driving or am i going to need a tune no matter what and would be more convinient to buy stock lower and wait till i have enough to do both at same time thanks

as long as you dont get into boost it should be fine.
another thing you could do, would be to buy a used/unlocked tuner with the same canned tunes that come in all of them for 03-04 cobras, and install the pulley tune, after you install the lower.
i got my diablosport tuner out of the "terminator parts for sale" section of the forum for $110. swapped out my upper pulley, and loaded the diablo tune....good to go!

No boost,and you might consider a new alt pulley too.
