All I can say is WHOAA!
Should have done this a long time ago. Do not know if it is faster yet, but the 'fun factor' is way up. 3rd to 4th gear pulls are freaken nuts now!

4.10's are steep! That is of course you're running a tall tire.
My 3.90's are borderline on a 26" tire IMO.

1st gear sure is short isn't it? What tire are you running?

man i think the gears are pretty short already with the 3.55's, i could only imagine a "while i was down there" and slapping in some 3.73's max. you must be shredding tires on the freeway.

I love my 410's. Im runnin MT ET streets and she pulls real hard out of the hole.

How much power are you making? I roast my 17" MT ET DR's through
1st and 2nd gear.

I bet those 4.10's allow you to get out of corners quickly though Venom.

1st was (and still is) VERY tricky and 2nd gear used to be pretty hard too. But now with the slower wheelspeed it actually works in my favour. I find it easier to modulate the gas in 2nd for that sweetspot to get max traction and then with an easy (read NO gearbanging) upshift into 3rd is all I need.

I have a set of these on order in 315/35/17 with a set of 17 x 10.5 AFS wheels to compliment the gears.

I love how you use your Cobra. It's awesome to see someone use it
for what it was really intended for...all purpose ass kicker...road course,
street, drag strip, etc.

So on the road course the 4.10s definitely work out better for you? I would assume so. :)

Yes, this is the ideal setup for a road course I think. I can actually short shift the car and use lower rpm's in a higher gear to carry the same speed as before...
