With a billlet crank, and a sleeved block, You are looking at $10k+ for the shortblock.
I am sure the rumors of an OEM 351 is cooling this somewhat, but it would seem the development has been done on everything already so it could be pushed to market. Maybe it is undergoing testing still.

I called Wiseco about this a few days ago. I was told it's been put on the back burner and they don't have any plans to pursue it anytime soon.
