Well then you might want to go with the P305/45/18 Nitto's instead. They're a little bit taller, and IMO look better from the side view. That's the size that I have on my car. I dunno if my car has more space in the wheel wells than yours does though. But I do know that a 9.5-10.0" rim width is perfect for them.redfire03 svt said:Still have these in stock? I need some. I have 18x10 Deep Dish Black bullits that needs wrapping.
Nope, my car isn't lowered at all. What is the height ("outter diameter") of your present tires? The P305/45/18 Nittos are 28.70" tall.redfire03 svt said:I have thought of going with the 305-45-18 but I am afraid it might hit my lip. It would look nice and meaty though. Is your car lowered? Chris from Discount could you chime in to see if they would fit my 03 cobra. I have 18x10's and I am lowered by 1.5 inches in the back.
LOL....that's the first time that I've ever heard of a 45 series tire being refered to as a truck tire. I'm not trying to get this thread off-topic, but just out of curiosity, what is the factory stock tire size of the 03/04 Cobras in back?o3SnakeBite said:A 45 series is for the lightings... It would look funny on a cobra
AAAAAHHH, I see what you mean. I just looked up the tire height of your factory stock tires, and found that they're only 25.7" tall, so I'm sure that a 28.70" tall tire wouldn't fit very well. Thanks for the correction on that. I didn't mean to cause any confusion.o3SnakeBite said:Stock is 275/40/17 on cobra's, like you said the 305/45/18 series is almost 29" tall which is alot for a cobra and would be better on a lighting
