3.1 Billetflow Upper Pully - Black

Have a 3.1 upper pulley. No hub. Some of the black anodizing is wearing off, but is straight and still works great. Could possibly be painted? Sanded?

is that an optical illusion or is it just the top section of the pulley? cant see any ribs for the belt
