I feel like 11.1 @ 125 with a pulley and tune is more of the norm. And 10s stock is Cecil in great air. Just like the one c6z that went 10s at 128 bone stock. In Cecil in excellent air. But the norm was mid to high 11s on the mid to low 120s.

So we've come to the conclusion that Chevy added 145hp and they couldn't go any faster while Dodge can throw a blower on a 4400lb sedan and run 10's?
