I had a blast last weekend in my 2015 GT PP with The Drivers Edge at MSR Cresson near Forth Worth Texas. The car did very well for a basically stock car and hung with the big boys including my Dad's C6Z06. Some cars that fell to the lowly Mustang include an Aston Martin DB9, C6 Z06's, C6 Grand Sports, Lotus's, and yes even a C7 Z06. At this level it is way more driver than car but I was still shocked to see the C7Z06 not pulling away from me. My only real nitpick with the car as it stands is a little bouncing from the rear end on one or two of the long fast sweepers. I could use more tire as well, but that will come. Though I think I'm approaching the car's traction limits on a few areas there are definitely some that I need to work on. This was my first time running this track this in this direction and first time in this car so overall I'm satisfied with myself and extremely satisfied with the car. Compared to my 2013 GT it feels so much more nimble. Be sure to check out the Whipple'd 3v GT in Run 7, that thing was MOVING! He said he had done every mod to the car minus a watts link. His Dad was there in a Terminator and said both were built by Bruce from Full Tilt Boogie.

My Setup:
Ferodo DS2500 Pads
ATE DOT4 Brake Fluid
Amsoil 0w-40
Amsoil MTF Trans Fluid
FRPP Sport Exhaust
275/40/19 Michelin Pilot Super Sports on Forgestar 19X10 F14's

The car did great, oil temps stayed in the green, oil pressure was steady at ~70 PSI under load, and head temps maxed at around 225 which is much better than my 2013 GT ever did.

AWESOME! I knew these cars did good around tracks like that, but I have been waiting for someone on here to take a nearly stock car out and post how it did etc. I have always been a drag racer, but I ordered my car (base PP car with Recaro's) to throw most every suspension mod on it possible and build it to cut up curves/twisties since the drag strip is now closed. Since I started playing with my 2013 BOSS around curves, and I do the same on a crotch rocket as well, ive just been addicted to it. great videos.
