I like the new one, but not for what they are going to sell for.
Personally like the 2012 front bumper better than the last gen.
I love my 06, I mean LOVE IT! Its such a blast to drive and great for a daily.

BUT....10-11MPG SUCKS!!! :bash::bash:

I bought it as my daily driver, which it does an excellent job of, and knew the gas mileage before I bought it. I am just complaining about it because I want some sympathy :)

4 door suv's aren't meant to be daily drivers? lol

the front looks mean, the rest looks very bland, and the rims are hideous. if it has displacement on demand and an 8 speed auto it should perform great. elsewise i'm looking forward to the first gens dropping in price.

Great video but I wanted to hear much more info about it. It does look nice but I think the current generation looks better. I wonder how much this one weighs? Also, the center exiting exhaust was a signature/exclusive look on the last one. It's too bad that has been changed... ! The wheels are kinda ugly too. :(

sure most suvs are meant to be daily drivers but a suv with a 6.1L V8 obviously isn't the typical suv/daily driver. if someone wants a cherokee that's a true daily driver they should get a base model that's rated at 16/23 mpg. Kind of like people who buy v6 mustangs/camaros etc.

1st gen looks much better, it's much sportier. The bump in power is nice though.

My feelings as well. It would be a blast on the street, for sure. I'm just not really liking the update. The engine, though, definitely yes! I'll bet the quality of this Jeep will be much better overall.

I like it. I really like that they got rid of the center exhaust so now you can put a hitch on it. That center exhaust is the only thing that kept me from buying on a couple years ago.
