2011 Mustang Premium GT???

Hi All

I'm wanting to buy the new Mustang 5.0 GT, and I wanted to know why is there a big jump in the price of a Premium GT over a Standard GT. It's like a 3k difference, and I'm wondering what are the biggest differences? Is it the Stereo, or the gauges, or ??? I know its not the motor, so ???

Thanks so much in advance. I also notice the 3k difference for the convertible too... I'm interested to know if anyone can tell me or show me a link which identifies and justifies the 3k upgrade.

Im also wanting the Brembo Brake Package which I feel will b e well worth it

um leather interior....navigation all around better stereo but that might be an option on top of it already as well as the brembo's there also gonna be on top of the msrp

The information I posted isn't available yet for the 2011, it will be very similar.

I know the leather, navi, track pack option, brembo brake option, etc are the same.

I would be willing to bet you could get track pack on a non premium car which includes brembos and 3.73's

well I cant really give you a real answer but I think I can come close. in 05+ GTs you had the deluxe which was cloth and the basic stereo and generally less options. The "premium" package in most if not all that Ive ever seen, got you leather seats and the shaker 500 stereo and a few other things I dont remember...so im guessing the jump in price has something to do with leather,stereo/navi, and some other small odds and ends

Nope, and it's bullshit that you have to get the shaker 500, leather, etc in order to get the track pack.

You can get the 3.73's though.

As of right now there is no track pack. Though I did read that Ford played around with the stock gt suspension again.:rockon:
