Does it look like it would be number 9? Inner windshield mouldning? I can't really tell from your photo.

Is #9 a rubber piece? That isn't my photo just a random showing where it came from.
It just came out of both sides and started flapping in the wind.

Iirc, it is a rubber piece that fits under the moulding and is exposed on the inside as a weather seal.

What is the part number for that?
BB5Z-7803137-BA for the lower portion and BB5Z-7803145-AA for the gloss black outer portion that will shatter when you take it off. BB5Z-7803137-AA was the previous number for the outer portion but it supersedes to the 7803145 number.
