2011 engine noise

I have a 2011 gt and have had engine noise since it has had 5 miles on it. It now has 35,000 miles and is still running stong so im sure its nothing wrong with it. I have ran motorcraft 5-20 changing it every 5,000 miles. If I add an additive or change to another oil weight will this fix it?

What type of noise? There is a TSB for engine noise on 2011's.

What mods have you done to your 2011 GT? Using a better engine lubricant formulation will help, I just need more details about your mods and the climate that you drive in.
