Selling my built 2009 GT500 with 39,250 miles. $36,000

Car runs and drives great, I just need to get something a little more family friendly at this point. Makes 1,012 whp and 911 tq on 19psi with E85 at 6,000rpm. The dual pumps ran out at 6,000rpm so there is definitely more left in the car, especially with the cams used, but I left it as-is since it was plenty for me. Car has a clean CarFax with 3 previous owners. The owners were all family members and was transferred between them before being sold to me. I had Ford inspect the car and engine before being sold to me and there were no issues discovered.

When I bought the car there was about 1,000 miles on the built engine. I’ve owned the car for two years and have put about another 350 miles on the car (bought with 38,890 miles) so roughly 1400 miles total on the engine. I’ve personally never taken the car to the track or abused it, it’s always been a weekend cruiser for me and since my toddler is usually riding with me I rarely get on it. I have a folder full of receipts for the majority of the build and parts along with a copy of the CarFax when I purchased the vehicle.

Exterior of the car isn’t perfect. It does have some normal wear/tear with chips and light scratches. The majority of the scratches could likely be buffed out. The front splitter has some deeper scratches in it along with the drivers door panel at the bottom (almost isn’t noticeable unless looking for it). Interior of the car is in great condition with no rips or heavy wear. No burning oil/smoke and all the fluids in the car are new. Only things that really need to be addressed is the a/c needs a recharge and the key fobs keep losing sync. Will be including the catted interchangeable sections for the X-pipe along with all the OEM exterior lights and some other miscellaneous parts/pieces.

Overall the car is in great shape and would love to keep it but it’s time for something else. I’m open to shipping the car and have created an album with more pictures that can be found here: https://flic.kr/s/aHsmFs7uQ1

GLWS, saw this over on FB too. Hard to believe you can buy a 1000+rwhp Mustang for under $40k. These younger guys don't know how good they got it. :)
Yeah well,Its not ALL about HP .Its about power to weight ratio also:) A Shelby Cobra roadster weighs in at 2,100 to2,400 pounds ,(depending on Eng. choice).....And a Shelby GT-500 weighs in at double that :)
