there are some places north of myrtle beach that may be available that week. north myrtle beach, ocean drive, windy hill, cherry grove, etc. barefoot landing is near by and the Colonial Mall where we're meeting for the drag event and the Friday car cruise is close too.

I recommend N. Myrtle. I feel it's a nicer neighborhood than the south.

Yep it's nicer....as long as there are hot girls around I'll be alright :D

this thread is frustrating - every time I read it it makes me want it to be so much sooner than July 19th! oh well I guess it'll come eventually

Well, I'm back. I say we all go to the Melting Pot then on to the Doll House.

Sounds like an idea to me

Absolutely!! Nobody wants the "Week" to get here more than the Staff! We are having another meeting this weekend and I'm sure it won't be the last before the event. Things are really looking better and better!! I think you all will be very happy you were there this summer!

I'd be best if it were early in the week so as not to interfer with the main events.

My plan was to meet up for breakfast, drive up to the Battleship NC, come back down through Cape Fear, have lunch or dinner at one of the fine resturants in Kure Beach, Then have some Britt's donoughts(sp), and finally catch the ferry back to Southport and head back to Myrtle.

Sounds like the better part of a day to me.
