From my records the Tune is Ford 16-May-08 mileage 53,760

PCM Reflashed to version C46 for TSB 17542 DRIVEABILITY - Stall Issue - Referred to as 'Lack of Power on Decel".

So it will need a tune for the ported blower. I know you're out currently, so I'll wait for the interior shots and shot of damage.
