2003 Cobra won't start

2003 Cobra bone stock - 14K

Can hear normal fuel pump noise when key turned on

Engine cranks fine, no theft light on or flashing when cranking like normal.

Won't start, doesn't even try.

Last driven 30 days ago - half tank of gas not old.

Check for spark.

Unplug and reseat some of the wiring connectors under the hood, sometimes that helps. Also pull the negative battery terminal for 60 seconds too might help. Guessing it was running just fine prior to this.

yes it was running fine

Yes it was running fine. This car has never had any problem until now.
I already tried disconnecting the battery negative for 15 minutes.
Unplugged and replugged many various electrical connectors under the hood.
My untrained answer to this issue so far is no spark.

Check these two items. Unplug the maf. See if the car will start. If you cleaned your air filter recently you could have put to much oil on it and got the maf wire dirty. Also take the vac line off the frps if gas runs out its popped. Both of these items are common and will prevent the car from starting. It will crank all day but wont fire.

PATS issue?

Kinda what I was thinking when no Theft light was on. I can't remember how to troubleshoot the PATS system though, I thought THEFT stayed solid when PATS was acting up.

are you sure there is gas in tank?


air inlet tube loose/off

maf not plugged in all the way?

fuel shut off switch,,,are you sure you hear pumps running???

all fuses are good?

Been gone on a business trip. Just arrived home, tried to start and it fired right up.

I don't know what the hell is the problem
