This took an unexpected turn.

When I had my 01 I got asked all the time why I took the stock blower off. At first I explained the differences. Then I started walking away. I think the funniest one was when I was at a red light with my buddy in the passenger seat. I had the D1 on so it was kinda noticeable at idle. Some dude on the corner asked if I had the blower ported. I looked at him for a second, said "no", then drove off. My buddy said that dude was confused as hell.

I got asked why I needed such a big alternator. Yes, he was serious. It was also in his 60's.
