2000 R sighting

I was driving down route 20 in Marlboro, MA on Saturday in my 00 281 SC Saleen when I saw it. It was beatuiful. It was coming down the street twords me and we exchanged a thumbs up just before we past each other. It was my first real life sighting.. the paint, the hood, the wing.. what a beautiful car.

glad to hear one more out there being driven. most everyone on this site drives thiers on the strret and race track

Yep, I was at a carshow on Saturday and there was a 00R there. I asked him if he had ever taken it to the track, but he said that he rarely drives it and it was the first it had seen sun since last fall.

What a waste!

I was hoping I had found someone else to go to RA but no such luck.

well ya know what they say - "if ya ain't gonna drive it, then park it in the living room and call it furniture". part of the reason my car took first at the mid-america event at tulsa (popular vote) was because people saw it running on the track.

i agree, what a waste. the guy has no clue what fun the car is to drive at even half it's capability. bummer

we do need more to show up at ra. i think i've counted only 6 so far.
