Need an opinion on the best 20"in drag radial that can help me run a 9 sec pass on the 20's. I have a set of Darkstars for all out performance but I want that 9.XX in true street form. Rears are 20x11's and the car is an A6. Anyone with exp with this size radial chime in please!

Yea it's doable. However you just need the power to run it out the back and make up for the lost ET on the front half.

We've done it in the past.

No I know it's doable lol just asking what brand of Radial and size to go with on back for maximum results. Don't care about life expectancy. And the car makes the power to do it even babying it I'm sure.

We have a local guy that used the same MT and has run in the mid 8's. With the right suspension, those tires will do work.

Thanks Derek that's actually the car I was thinking of when starting this thread. Glad to see that's the tire he's running, anyone know the cheapest place to get a set of 2?

ET Street SS replaced the ET Street 2, which is what the 8 sec used. The SS will perform as good or better than the 2's.

Perfect. Yea I couldn't find the other tire for the life of me. About to order 2 in a sec!

MT 305/35/20's are the stickiest 20" tire... My tuner has gone 1.44 60' & 9.40's w/ TVS & spray

These tires are very capable. Tuning and suspension goes a long way.

Although I dont have the 20's, I have the 19" MT II and have been 1.36 sixty with them. Same size sidewall as the 20s - so yeah, they work!
