So I found out I had Windows Movie Maker, thought I'd do it on my other hobby besides Mustangs. Anyways, it's a short video but any comments are welcome.

Good results. Did you workout prior or were you already training and just got more serious?

Squating some good weight for your own weight too.

Well, I started off being a good 190-195 lbs out of high school with no kind of muscle showin, I was obviously overweight and couldn't bench 135 lbs to save my life. Then I started doing a crapload of cardio and manage to get down around 165-170. This was just the beginning of me taking it a little more serious and dedicated to it. Now it's just became another part of my life.

Great Transition! I didn't get to see your chest but everything else looks petty good.

Your squat weight is impressive for your body weight! Keep it up! How is your upper body strength? Bench, Militaty, etc...

I started out at 6'0 myself at 165 at the age of 16. Now I'm 18 and about 6'1 and 185. It is all about dedication and your intake of food and the right supplments (protein, glutamine, vitamins etc..) I was up to 194 in March of this year, but I was feeling too slow and too thick in the torso so I cut back a bit and feel great now right at 185! I'm still going in 5x a week and going hard!

Great video man! Keep it up!

Not bad. However, you need a lower bar placement on your back and you need to go deeper on your squats.

What does your big 3 total and at what weight?

My best is 1345lbs @ 215. 6' tall with no shoes at the Doc's office here.

Edit: Oh yea, and enjoy the 5 day a week splits while you still can. I graduated 1.5yrs ago and dropped from my 5 day a week split to only 3 because of my damn job :(. I just don't have the time/energy to lift the way I used to.

Not much lower on the squats, as he is almost 90degrees.

What does the big 3 consist of: Bench, Squat, Deadlift? And is it a max weight with 1 rep?

If its not 90deg, it doesn't count. He is 21, his knees will be fine. Personally, I go past parallel....much closer to A2G squats than parallel.

Correct.

FWIW, this is a proper squat

Yeah, 90 degrees is a thing of the past for me as my knees sound like velcro on a daily basis. Comes with the territory as I was a catcher from tball to high school.

Your big 3 is pretty stout for you weight. My guess is that you Bench 365, Squat 475, and dead 505?
