2 New Additions For 2011. Mint 86 & DD 88 Pics...

Recently came across two deals that i could not pass up.

The first is a 1988 LX Vert. Paid $1,000 it was just a roller. Has new Saleen Body Kit. Tires and Top. Dropped in a 5.0 out of a 93 Cobra & 5spd. Now i drive it everyday.

The Second is a 1986 LX Coupe. Paid $2,800. about 8 yr ago it was stripped of everything and painted DSG. When i say stripped i mean trunk, under the carpet, behind the dash ect... looks like it came from the factory. It has sit in a garage since then. HAS NOT seen rain since then. Has new windows, trim, lighting, carpet ect.

Here has been its home for the past 8 yr

Has fiberglass rear deck lid. and Tubular front and rear bumper supports.

4in Bolton hood, new headlights, windshield installed this past fri.

Manual Break conversion, UPR C/C Plates, Tubular k-member, Flaming river manual steering rack, and smooth engine bay...

Came with LOTs of Goodies...
- STRANGE 5 lug disk breaks.
- STRANGE rear adjustable shocks
- STRANGE front adjustable struts with coil over kit (installed on car)
- Turnsignals
- Hurst QTR Stick shifter
- Rear seat delete (installed)
- Autometer Phantom Gauges (installed)
- UPR Chrome Moly K-Member Kit (installed)
- UPR Pro Series Rear Suspension Kit. adj. upper & lower (installed) anti roll bar in pic.

I've never seen a DSG fox, it looks sick! You can never go wrong with chrome cobra r's on a fox.

Nice Foxes. The '86 looks great! If I were to repaint my '91 any color it would no doubt be DSG.

are these what your talking about? saw this sick nasty thing today at boosted and fell in love, wheels are perfect, stance in wicked, mini tub, this is exactly what id like to do. they were 17s. 335's in rear and 235's in front.

The red vert is my buddy Rob's. It just got a Forged 2V 5.4 installed. They buttoned everything up today. the stage 3 crowlers sound nasty

it will only be driven on pretty days, since it hasnt seen rain in 8yr theres no need to start now, want to keep it street legal as there is no need to cut up a car this nice just to put it on the strip. so first im going to get the suspension setup. my intentions are to do a 5.4 with ported / polished 4V GT40 heads, Sullivan intake <---- "if i can find one" and a 88mm turbo. 6speed and Ford 9in from STRANGE. :beer: a street driven show car sounds good to me.

Looks like an old vert from up in Elkin? Belonged to a Guy named Simmons at one time? not sure but looks alot like it. Man thats a heck of a deal on it. Would love to have one. I've been looking for a Vert like this.
