Be more vague please.

You aren't going to get much power going from a 2.80 to a 2.76 pulley... Thats a difference of 0.04".

You don't need an aftermarket tensioner and after market idlers ARE RECOMMENDED.

If you want all of them stick with billetflow. Fair prices and the parts look and function great.

When you go with a smaller pulley such as the 2.8 or 2.76 an auxilary idler helps to eliminate belt slip.
Definitely replace the stock idlers.
They have been know to come apart causing lot of damage.

came across this thread as I am in the same position. I have a 2.76 pulley ready to install but I had a question about idler and aux pulleys. What size replacement idlers and aux pulley should I use? I have read some say 90mm and some say 100mm. I dont want to pick up the wrong ones. Thanks

On my car, the snub idler is a 100mm and the other 3 are 92mm. Makes sense to me because the stock idlers are 92mm

On my car all the idlers are 100mm and the aux idler is 90mm.
A 100mm aux idler won't fit the VMP TVS with the 3.2 or 3.0 pulley.
There is no wrong way to do it.
The PIA is finding a belt that fits once you start changing things around.
