Thanks!!!

I'm running a 3.00 upper and 8# lower. You'll just have to figure out how much boost you want to make to figure out what pulley/plies to buy. For ever 1/4" smaller you go on the blower pulley you will gain 2#'s. With lowers its pretty simple. 8# = 8lbs, 2# = 2lbs.

My fuel system is 63# injectors, Fore rails, Aeromotive regulator, twin GT pumps, stock/modified hat.

My SRA is a Mach 1 SRA with 31 spline axles, locker, 3.73's, UPR uppers/stock lowers, Strange 10-ways, Eibach drag springs, airbags, Mach 1 swaybar, ARP studs.

At the 1000' street drags i went 9.95 at 118mph. No burnouts are allowed since it is the front straight at an open track facility.

9.5:1, head and cam work full support mods. Made 700/767 holding boost. 91/c12 mix
22psi but falling to 16-17 on the big end. Apparently the blower was trashed, found out later.
SRA swap, tokico drag setup. Went 1.42 best.
3400lbs

New single 78 in the works. Auto coming in the summer.

I wish I could post times, best I've had so far is a 12.09 but everything on that run suffered, ie: 1/8 and 60 foot was like 2.08. These cars are hard to launch! And with that run it was my last because mine's a vert.

I should be up there with you guys damnit, I need a cage!

How do you guys launch? I have a 2 step, but havent really tried it much. I launched a couple times at 3500 on slicks, but the track was packed and I didnt get to make many passes and adjust. It was falling on its face on launch...

I normally leave between 4500-5000 depending on track prep. I've even taken it to 6k when the track was really hitting.

Best thing for you to do is don't make a full pass until you feel the car leave hard. That way you can make adjustments and not have to wait on the car to cool down. Try starting at about 4000, and if it bogs then just let out and coast down the track. Get back in the lanes and bump the two step up and try again. If it bogs again, just do the same as above. If it leaves hard then let it rip.

You might have to make adjustments every time you hit the track depending on how well its prepped. Once you get it down you will be able to tell how to adjust it after making your first pass every time out.

Good luck!!!

I went 10.67 @ 137 on 22psi stock motor 6speed/IRS and 10.17 @ 142 on a 100shot.

I'm fighting the temptation of throwing spray back on my car. I want to run a 9 with the 6-speed/boost only, but it just isn't working out. I'm going back to the track in February to try again.....SMH.
