It’s an R, so no rear seats...No one knows. At minimum it is missing the passenger seat and therefore lighter than what a normal GT350 off the showroom would weigh. I believe the OEM recaros weigh 50# each. Who knows if the rear seat is removed, etc. We have no idea what brake pads or tires are on the car either.
My mistake. Even more impressive. The title of the video mentions the GT350, not the GT350R. Also, a GT350 is pictured in the video.
Probably run a 1:58 if he didn’t resemble John Goodman.....Steve Thompson, Ford Engineer, runs 2:00.57 at the 3.27 mile full course VIR. Is this a good time?
Haha! What are the mods? , nobody knows, but for the sake of MY argument it has this, and this, and this are different. No one knows. Jesus, some of you guys are ridiculous. When it comes down to a zl1, gt350, or c8 corvette they are all so close at the track it's probably going to come down to the better driver and tire setup. Sure some cars that are cheaper are faster. Who cares? My highly modded $100k plus gt3 may get beaten by cars that cost half as much. Who cares? Are we getting trophies here? It's about fun and driver engagement. Ok sorry rant off.
Talk about rising from the dead.Lol....you do realize what site you are on correct? Nobody cares about driver engagement and fun factor, it's all about bang for buck, how much hp it has and lap times.
Funny part is 90% of the ppl arguing over lap times haven't even been to a track and can't actually drive for shit. All they know is 60moh roll racing because their 67764397whp car can't get traction lol.
