Anyone running 17x10.5 Cobra replicas with 315/30-17 M/T ET Street drag radials and having rubbing or clearance issues? My tires come in tomorrow and I'm getting them mounted up.

I remember a few people mentioned having to grind down the bolt, but I can't remember if that was for 335 and wider tires and 11" and wider wheels.

I hope they'll just mount right up without problems.

Sorry if this has been discussed...search engine is down.

I just needed the bolts. I have rubbed once on a big bump but I think that was the fender there is a guy on the ls1tech forums that rents out a lip roller, I just need to find a real heat gun.

They fit and are stout back there an seems like an inch wider then my Nitto 315's

My car is lowered by the way...

I was wondering the same thing.

I was looking at getting the 10th Ann. replicas in a 17x10.5 and using a 315/35 GS-D3 tire for daily use.

Anyone know of any issues?

454LSX...thanks for the info and pic. My car is lowered as well. I guess I'll hit up Lethal or MM for the bolts. Is that where everyone is buying them from?

NFC...those wheels should look good on your red 10th.

I run the same combo. I just needed the rounded head IRS bolt. With the car jacked up and the suspension fully unloaded the inside edge of the tire does just barely touch on my car but other than that it's fine.

I have been running them for almost 2 years now. No spacer, no fender rolling, no rubbing. I did grind the bolt head to 1/4" and never have I once rubbed.

The goodyear GS-D3 is a very wide 315, so you might need a spacer and bolt.

I run my Non DR Nittos with only the bolt and I don't have any issues.

Everything came in today and I got the new tires mounted on the wheels and swapped everything on the car. I don't have any clearance issues with my wheels and tires.

That will hit if you hit a bump and the suspension unloads.

I had the rear suspended by the jack under the rear diff with the suspension unloaded and the bolts still cleared. Turned the wheels while shining a flashlight on the bolts and it doesn't touch. Mine aren't AFS, could that be the difference? Rear wheels are 17x10.5 with +27mm offset. Are the AFS wheels any different?

It's possible then. I'm not sure the offset on the AFS wheels. They look like they would hit from the picture with the suspension unloaded.

I would keep a sharp eye on those just in case.

Now you've got me worried, hahaha. I just ordered a set of 3/8" aluminum spacers for good measure. Better to be safe than sorry. I can afford to bring the wheels out about 3/8" anyway.
