17k cash in hand for Terminator! Not a tire kicker.

WTB: 03-04 cobra. I got jacked around on a Terminator purchase this time last year. So this time I will want documentation of any mods, clean carfax, original paint, and will do a compression test on all 8 cylinders before cash handed over.

What I have: 17k cash

What I want:
Stock, low mile Terminator.
Clear title
Clean Carfax
Documented mods (if it has mods)
Original paint
Prefer Mystic, Sonic Blue, or Redfire, but not against other colors.
Prefer coupe but not against convertibles
I am not a tire kicker. Looking to purchase in the next week or so.
