Just got the car back today. Had the 13-14 TVS put on. I sent it to BPS to be powder coated black and have the 5.8 removed. They did an awesome job! Used their BPS 2.4 pulley, VMP 90mm idler pulley with a BPS idler bracket. C&L cold air intake, 13-14 GT500 injectors, NGK TR6 plugs, Shelby C&R heat exchanger and 3.73 gears. 2 back to back runs it made 630 rwhp, 614 rwtq. Max psi was just over 16 and we are at 11.4-11.5 air/fuel mixture. Oh my God, this car is totally different! Pulls like a freight train and you have to respect the power. Lots of wheel spin! Couldn't be happier. I am using full Ford Racing handling pack with Ford Racing lower control arms and relocation brackets. Michelin PSS tires on the Alcoa 20'' rims.

Welcome to the Club! Congrats

Enjoy the new power. I figured a 2.4 would be closer to 17-18 psi. My 2.6 pulley broke 16psi @5700 rpm
If you want a good inexpensive tire that's not a drag radial, check out the Nitto Invo.
In the summer months my 295 Invo's will stick 40mph 2nd gear roll.

19 degrees timing. Yeah, I thought I would be 17-18 psi also. Stock throttle body and a 113mm cold air intake (C&L)might have something to do with it?

Well here I go, I just installed one on my car last week and dyno tuned it on mustang dyno and made 633 hp and 627 trq on 20.5 lbs of boost set at 15 deg then finishes at 17 deg on the top end. Have all supporting mods minus longtubes. Just comparing my numbers to yours but I know that I'm on an very conservative tune.

My tuner said it was at 19 degrees at top end. My max boost was 16.30. Air/fuel was at 11.46 average, max 12.08. I have stock throttle body, stock exhaust.
Interesting that your boost was so much higher than mine but produced the same hp?

Well this is based off numbers that my tuner and I figured I would make on a dyno jet was about 715 rwhp. I had a guy put up same numbers and made 700 on a dyno jet. I have a 10% lower pulley which is why my boost is higher.

Mustang dynos read a lot lower then dynojets.
