12.9 cr with 8psi on a 2v to much?

Hey guys Im building a 2v with flat top pistons and was wondeirng what you think of 12.9 compression ratio with 8psi of boost. Is it to much for e85 or just not a good idea??????

thats really high compression. i wouldnt go more then 11-11.5:1 with boost.

my best friend is building a high compression turbo honda. hes hoping for no less than 12:1 cr and 600+ whp. this same car previously was at 10:1 and it didnt matter how much timing they threw at it, it wouldnt knock, just never made more power.

e85 has the octane and cooling properties. talk to your calibrator, if hes confident, i dont see why not.
