11.1 Aluminator Does have billet OPGs

I've always seen people going back and forth saying the 11.1 does and doesn't have billet OPGs. I just got off the phone with Ford Racing tech, and they assured me that the 11.1 and 9.1 aluminators both have billet OPGs now. It's even updated on the website for anyone else that cares.

I called again to verify and the tech said it should have the regular timing cover, but the issue with the opgs was taken care of months ago and all engines will have them.

I have a new 11.1 aluminator still on the crate. came in like 2 weeks ago and i have billet oil pump gears waiting to go in. I was not told this. Hmm going to have to find out.

There should be a marking on the back of the engine, you can give that number to Ford Racing to verify you got the gears. Again they assured me all the engines have them now.

Okay, so I did verify the NA version has Billet Gears. That is excellent!

If you have an aluminator, check for "BP" at the end of the bar code label. The serial # is on the LH rear of the engine block and there should also be a barcode label on the outside of the box.

I called Steve the other day and he said yes Billet Oil Gears are in the 11 to 1 engine also.
