Can anyone think of or know of anyone that has been 10's on the stock shortblock, with either turbo nitrous or charger... I'd assume turbo before any with b head cars.

Just curious cause as it cools down I plan on pushing the car a little harder this year. Got a few goodies to lose some weight, plan on shifting some weight around.

I been searchin around and haven't heard or seen much...I know at least 1 person went 10's n/a cammed, not sure if he was still stock block. But I'm interested to know...

Also what's the limit of these factory rods/pistons.. Gonna b upping the shot up another 50 to a 125 from a 75(415/451). Which would prolly throw it in the neighborhood of 460/500+tq n hope for the best

It was a stock shortblock (<400rwhp IIRC)
10.79 @ 125.8 1/4

He now has a turbo setup, been 8s with sub-800rwhp.

A lot of people don't like the zex but I bought mine used and haven't had a problem with it.. Put prolly 2-3 bottles through the car maybe a little more with dyno tuning. Does good, it's a dry setup.. Only 2 complaints is the fact that the n2o noid is small an maxed out at 125 (prolly good for my ole motor) and the zex bottle warmer sucks, has a temp sensor in it that causes it to Kick on and off

Chris that was mr. Patience or something like that correct? Same car when low 11's with bolt ons correct? Any other cars done it with Anykind of power adders? Like I said I been around for a little bit and been searching and haven't found anything besides him. Most r mid 11's
