Based on not having all the facts Im guessing the Demon in 808 form and square tires will be dead even with the 500 from a roll. I'll have to agree with you that on the 840 tune and skinnies no way the 500 will keep up

Demon will beat a gt500 on a track, cant deny that. ET is about the 60ft and the weight helps there, the big and little help there, transbrake helps there. no one is saying otherwise.
Im calling it now, a stock gt500 will walk away from a street tire'd demon 40-140 ( aka normal roll races)

How the F will a car down 100bhp WALK AWAY from a Demon? I am willing to bet $500 a GT500 does not walk a Demon 40-140.

The other big JOKE happening is this...people thinking the GT500 is trapping 133mph CONSISTENTLY. There is no way a car with street tires will hook any better than a Demon with drag radials. 133mph is the HERO run of the GT500, whereas 140mph is the HERO run of the Demon. Most normal drivers will see 126mph for GT500 and 133mph for Demon in a 1/4 pull.
