03 heads cam/rockers problem help!!

hi everyone im having some trouble with my heads swap onto my 01 svt cobra, so i bought some 03 heads to do the swap installed everything in them new only thing that im using from my old heads is the cams. FIRST problem is that the cam cap bolts wont torque down all the way seems the bolts are just a hair longer.oh forgot to mention that the bolts are from my 01 heads, SECOND is that once i bolt the cam caps as far as i can the rockers are lose and have play i can move them around with my fingers.. if any one has any tip or information it would be appreciated thanks..

There are a couple different length bolts. Make sure you install them in the correct location. Once you install them in the correct location they will tighten up and preload the rockers. Why didn't you use the ones from the 03 heads. I think i have extra bolts in case they are longer and you need shorter ones.
